Yes you can. We hope you are happy with your order. Every order is only made once you order it. We do not encourage buying several works and sending half back.
The costs for returning an order are always at your own expense. We therefore do not send a standard return label with the order.
We have a 30-day return policy from the moment of purchase. This means that we can no longer accept returns after these 30 days.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org in which you indicate which product you want to return. Mention your customer details and order number in the email.
The items must be returned in original condition and in the original, packing or similar protective tube/box. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.
As soon as we have received and processed your order, you will receive a return confirmation email from us.
We strive to refund your payment within 14 business days after receipt of your return. A credit will be applied to your original payment method.
If a product is delivered damaged, we will of course replace it. Send a photo of the damaged product plus customer details and order number to email@example.com.
